The City of Hendersonville hired CMArchitects to create a design a horse barn for the Police Department Mounted Division. This facility and horses will also be used for adolescent therapy.
The office area of 1132 square feet accommodates space for; Office/Training (including cable service, as well as audio video capability ), Tack/Vet, Utility, and Restrooms.
The entire barn area will encompass a total of 6462 square feet with the possibility of an additional 1453 square feet for 4 additional outside stalls at rear of the building. This area will require only LED lighting inside.
